IGRSUP LOGIN, JANSUNWAI PORTAL  

 

UP is fundamentally an integrated mechanism for the redress of grievances of the people of the state of Uttar Pradesh. The Integrated Redressal System is an integrated system. Through this program, individuals can file complaints, monitor their IGRS status, and provide government input.

In 2016, the then Chief Minister introduced this scheme. It is an online system that promotes transparency and guarantees government departments’ accountability to the state’s people. This popular online forum allows the public to easily record their concerns and grievances related to any government agency through this site. This integrated framework is regarded as a gateway to Jansunwai. At any time and from any place, people can register their grievances. To lift their complaints and lodge grievances, they do not have to visit different government departments and offices.

 

FACILITIES GIVEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY THE DEPARTMENT

  • Registration in the Deputy Registrar’s Offices of records submitted by the general public.
  • Indexing of registered documents in the offices of the deputy registrar. The name-wise and field-wise lists of the parties to the documents in the sub-registrar offices shall be prepared at the indexing offices and shall be made available for public use.
  • To make a certified copy accessible to the court and the general public of the records.
  • Exemption certificate-The relevant certificate can be obtained from the Deputy Registrar’s Office in respect of any immovable property in recent years, whether any transaction has been registered with the general public or if a property mortgage has been registered.
  • Hindu Marriage Registration-The registration of Hindu marriages is performed by the Deputy Registrar Offices under the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955. Currently, the process of online registration of Hindu marriages has been established in the Deputy Registrar Offices of the state.
  • Checked copies of sales letters or donation letters of agricultural land shall be made available to the Revenue Office of the Tehsil concerned free of charge by the Deputy Registrar’s Offices.
  • These are retained when the District Registration Offices apply the will of the general.

The Uttar Pradesh government, under the leadership of the Chief Minister, raised the Uttar Pradesh Jansunwai Portal IGRS for any common public to be poor or rich, all individuals sitting at home via this Jansunwai Portal IGRS Portal, a complaint against the department or higher rank officer and against that individual / departmental officer.

 

GRIEVANCE REGISTER ON IGRSUP (JANSUNWAI)

By following the easy steps below, people can register their grievances on the IGRS portal.

  • People are expected to visit an official UP IGRS website, i.e. http://jansunwai.up.nic.in. The homepage will appear when the website opens.
  • On the homepage, click the ‘Register Grievance’ connection.
  • Now, for online people, a disclaimer box will appear. They have to read all of the points on it that they are unable to file as complaints. They have to click on the ‘submit’ button after that.
  • On the phone, a registration form will be shown. After entering the captcha code, online citizens have to enter their mobile number or email ID and click on the “Submit and Generate OTP” option.
  • A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the given mobile number or email after submitting the information. In the space given, they have to join the OTP.
  • Step 5- Now the form for the complaint will appear. Officer details, applicant details, complaints, residential/correspondence address, and application details must be filled out by applicants.

A reference number/complaint no. will be sent to the applicants after submission of the application on their registered cell phone or email address.

TRACK GRIEVANCE UP IGRS STATUS

Once applicants have registered the complaint/grievance, they can track the status of the complaint online by using reference no. For that, they have to follow the given steps-

  • Please refer to http:/jansunwai.up.nic.in.
  • Click on the option for ‘Track Grievance.’
  • Applicants now have to enter all the information needed. Complaint no., mobile no., email ID, and other information are included when they hit the submit button.
  • The status of the application will be displayed after the candidate clicks on the ‘submit’ button.

  • It offers a clear and straightforward interface between the public and the government.
  • After registration of a complaint, monitoring, informing, or submitting feedback, applicants will receive an SMS service notification.

  • Each concerned department office that handles the online portal will have a nodal officer.
